Financial Controller

Our client is a Multinational company committed to providing the most innovative, advanced and comprehensive range of lifting solutions, for its Italian subsidiary is looking for a Financial Controller

Reporting to the General Manager and managing a small team, he/she primary duties and responsibilities will be:

• Manage financial analysis, budget and forecast, Hyperion reporting, cash management as well as the Finance Program for the subsidiary;
• Credit Management: setting credit limits for dealers, approving orders on a credit and margin standpoint, chasing payments etc.;
• Keep a relationship with leasing companies, manage requests for buy back or equivalent guarantees;
• Support and supervise legal aspects and contracts;
• Implement processes and procedures;
• Maintain relationships with: headquarters, banks and trade finance partners, insurance companies, auditors and external advisors;
• Support Sales Department in new projects and contracts.

To perform this job successfully, candidates must have a University degree in Finance or Business Administration, at least 6 years of working experience in financial controlling roles with exposure to planning, variance analysis and commercial controlling, better if in a manufacturing Multi-National Company. Strong analytical financial, organizational and problem solving skills, team player, excellent Microsoft Office skills, and good knowledge of English language complete the profile.
